Instructions Of Use For Indicaid Test Kit
Step 1: Collect the Sample
- Open the test kit and find the nasal swab.
- Gently insert the swab about ½ to ¾ inch into one nostril. Rotate the swab in a circular motion 5 times.
- Repeat the process in the other nostril using the same swab.
Step 3: Perform the Test
- Cap the test vial securely and shake gently.
- Add three drops of the solution into the sample well of the test cassette.
Step 2: Prepare the Test Solution
- Remove the cap from the test vial and insert the swab into the solution.
- Swirl the swab in the solution at least 10 times while pressing it against the inner wall of the vial.
- Remove the swab, squeezing it against the inside of the vial to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the swab.
Step 4: Read the Results
- Wait 15-20 minutes for the results to develop.
- Positive: Both the control (C) line and test (T) line appear.
- Negative: Only the control (C) line appears.
- Invalid: No lines or only the test (T) line appears. Repeat the test with a new kit.
